Our New Collection has just launched and is available now for Wholesale orders, with many items ready to ship out.  Our current turnaround is approximately 10-15 business days. 

WHAT is the order minimum?

€500.00EUR total per order. You can order anything from our site to get to this amount. If you want to add to your order after it has been placed, you will have to make another €500.00 EUR minimum order- we can not add on to your already existing order- so please ensure that you review your shopping cart before you submit your order. 

What are your payment terms and what types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. 100% of order is due when your order is made.

What Carrier do you use for Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate based on your country and will be added at check out. We currently ship worldwide. Turnaround time is anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on volume of orders and availability. 

Are import and customs fees included?

We are not responsible for customs or import fees. Please ensure that you are aware of your country's policies if you are placing an order outside of North America. Tracking numbers will always be provided as soon as the shipments are sent off. We are not responsible for items lost due to the fault of the carrier. 

International orders (anything outside of the US) will have a flat shipping charge of €99.00 EUR.

Do your goods come tagged and with pricing?

Goods come tagged and individually packaged with a space available on the tag for you to fill in your own pricing. 

What is your return policy for wholesale items?

Any item that is on sale is a final sale- we can provide you with store credit if you are unhappy with the product or if it is damaged, but we can not provide you with a refund on a sale item. For all other items, if it is in a damaged condition or you are unsatisfied with the product, we will refund the wholesale purchase price on return of the item. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items to undertake any returns. We prefer to exchange if possible.

Note: Depending on inventory, some sizes and colours may be out of stock. Efforts will be made to back- order any out-of-stock items ASAP. Please let us know if backorders are ok.
